1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the Win Daily application ("App") or visiting windaily.ca, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Win Daily.
2. Use of Service
Win Daily is a personal reflection and progress-tracking app for iOS. It allows users to log one meaningful win per day, build a private archive, and reflect without performance pressure. You must be at least 13 years of age to use Win Daily.
3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activity that occurs under your account. You agree not to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Attempt unauthorized access to the App or its infrastructure
- Transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
4. Your Content
The wins and reflections you enter belong to you. We claim no ownership over what you write. You grant Win Daily a limited, non-exclusive license to store and process your content solely to provide the service. We do not read, sell, or use your content for any other purpose.
5. Subscriptions and Payments
Paid features are processed through Apple's In-App Purchase system, subject to Apple's terms and refund policies. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis and may be cancelled at any time through your Apple ID settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
6. Limitation of Liability
Win Daily is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Win Daily and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Win Daily is a personal reflection tool and is not a substitute for professional mental health or therapeutic services.
7. Updates to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will notify you via email or a notice in the App. Continued use of Win Daily after changes constitutes your acceptance. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Manitoba, Canada.
