Frequently asked questions

How do I delete my account and data?

Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. This permanently removes your account and all associated cloud data within 30 days. Locally stored wins are on your device — deleting the app removes them.

Is my data private? Who can see my wins?

Only you. Your wins are stored locally on your device by default. Cloud backup is end-to-end encrypted — we cannot read it. We do not sell, share, or analyze your personal content. See our Privacy Policy for details.

What happens if I miss a day?

Nothing. Win Daily has no streaks, no guilt, and no notifications. Miss a day, a week, or a month — your archive is exactly where you left it. That's by design.

Can I export my wins?

Yes. Go to Settings → Export Data. Your full archive exports as a plain text or CSV file you can save, print, or import elsewhere. Your wins belong to you.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to iPhone Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, find Win Daily, and tap Cancel Subscription. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

I want a refund. How does that work?

All payments are processed by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com to request a refund. If you're having trouble, email us and we'll help where we can.

Is Win Daily available on Android?

Win Daily is currently iOS-only. Android is on our long-term roadmap but we don't have a release date yet. Join the waitlist on the homepage to stay updated.
